Overview
Flue gas desulphurisation needs a continuous supply of lime milk, so the lime silos have to stay stocked. Lime clings to whatever it touches and the silo runs heavily dusty, which fouls instruments mounted in the product. VEGAPULS 6X measures the silo without contacting the lime at all, holding its reading through filling and dust.
