The Z5 Transparent Cargo Box is a self-contained AI camera for real-time cargo volume monitoring in trailers and containers. A dual-camera setup pairs a 4K black-light interior lens with a 1080P exterior lens, while on-device AI deep-learning algorithms perceive load volume and loading rate without a separate recorder or host. It runs on its own multi-carrier 4G, GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, with an external solar panel and 10.4Ah battery for untethered operation up to 90 days in power-saving mode. A 1-Wire bus integrates trailer and container sensors, and the IP69K aluminium housing withstands washdown and -40°C to +70°C operation.
